• The aforementioned promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers (Cannot be combined with other ongoing offers)
• The transactions performed through both Primary and Supplementary cards will be combined as one (01) account, when considering the eligibility criteria for the promotion.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective establishment & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishment(s) involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at anytime without prior notice.

Supermarket
 

• Cardholder is to settle the total bill via MasterCard® Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offer(s) mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishment(s) involved in this promotion.
• The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardholders, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next credit card statement.
• Purchases under the aforementioned promotion are permitted only for the personal usage.
• The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any given time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at anytime without prior notice.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of hampers and gift vouchers.
• The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardholder wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.

Lodging
 

• The offer is valid for a selected number of reservations and it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Cardholder is to settle the total bill via MasterCard® credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
• The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardholders, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.

• 10.Blackout periods shall be determined solely at the discretion of the Partner Hotel and may be subject to amendment from time to time without prior notice. During these blackout periods, no preferential rates, promotional concessions, or associated benefits will be applicable, irrespective of prior communication or promotional material issued.

• The promotion is valid for all  MasterCard®  credit cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC.
• The offer(s) mentioned herein are valid only on Dine-in (Unless otherwise specified above)
• The savings will not be applicable on alcoholic Beverages, Delivery & Takeaway orders (Unless otherwise specified above)
• Not valid for functions, banquets or catering related events.
• Offer Valid only for per card per bill per day.
• Reservations to be made in advance by calling the specified numbers. The saving is not applicable for pre confirmed bookings made prior to the respective launch dates.
• Cardholder is to settle the total bill via MasterCard® credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.

Call and Convert Easy Settlement Plan (ESP) - 6 & 12 Months - Terms & Conditions 

1. Call and Convert Easy Settlement Plan (ESP) Promotion [“Promotion”] is made available to all Mastercard Credit Cards (“Card-member(s)”) issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (Bank)
2. The promotion is valid for transactions performed till 30th September 2026
3. Minimum value of the single transaction to be eligible for ESP conversion is LKR 50,000/-or above.
4. Cardholder can convert the transactions into an equal monthly instalment of 12 or 06. 
5. Only Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions are eligible for Extended Settlement Plan (ESP) conversions.
6. Airline transactions will not be considered under Travel Agent-related ESP conversions.
7. The Cardholder requesting for Call and Convert ESP Promotion should inform Call Centre on the eligible transaction he/she wishes to convert within 30 days from the transaction date.
8. The Bank may at its sole discretion reject any ESP requests made by the Cardholder, which does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Call and Convert ESP Promotion.
9. Call and Convert ESP promotion is valid only on the transactions performed in personal nature
10. The total transaction amount will be blocked within the existing credit limit and the respective installments will be billed to the statement on a monthly basis. The blocking will be gradually reduced along with the repayment of each installment.
11. In the event cardholder settles partial value of the statement due value for the month, applicable credit card interest will be levied on the due balance in accordance with the Bank’s Cardmember agreement.
12. Cardholder should inform the Bank if they wish to early settle the ESP transaction where relevant fees will apply in accordance with the Banks Tariff.
13. In the event the Cardholder's credit card is terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or suspended due to any reason whatsoever or any breach of the terms and conditions herein including nonpayment of dues under the ESP or any breach of theCardholder agreement and the terms and conditions thereof, the outstanding installments (including the Installments that are not billed) shall become immediately due and payable in full to the Bank.
14. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the Bank’s Cardholder agreement relating to the respective credit card shall apply to the installments and the payment of installments hereunder which shall be treated as a normal transaction charged to the credit card. In the event of any conflict arising between the terms and conditions hereof and the Cardholder agreement the former shall prevail only to the extent the same shall relate to matters involving the Call and Convert ESP Promotion.
15. The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.

Up to 36 Months Settlement Plans (ESP) at selected merchants - Terms & Conditions (6/12/24/36)

• Call and Convert Easy Settlement Plan (ESP) Promotion [“Promotion”] is made available to up to 36 months Settlement Plan (ESP) to all MasterCard Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC.
• The Cardholder must contact the Call Centre within 30 days of the transaction date to request conversion of an eligible transaction under the Call and Convert ESP Promotion
• The promotion is valid for transactions performed till 30th September 2026.
• Minimum value of the single transaction to be eligible for ESP conversion is LKR 50,000/-or above.

• Purchases of Jewelry under the aforementioned promotion are permitted only for the personal usage.
