NTB customers (Non-Business) who have a Primary Credit Card, active Savings/Current Account, Debit Card,
Your mobile number and email address must be registered with the Bank, and you must be an active Account, Debit Card, or Primary Credit Card holder.
You can register using one of three methods — your Nations
Trust Account, NTB Debit Card, or American Express/MasterCard Credit Card. Once you submit your details, a verification code is sent to your registered mobile number. After verification, create your username (minimum 4 characters) and a password that meets the following criteria:
- Minimum 8 and maximum 30 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number (0–9)
- At least one special character from @#$%^_-+
Yes. For "either party" accounts, not all holders need to sign up. For "All of us" accounts, all parties must sign up and approve transactions together.
Use "Forgot Username" to retrieve your username and "Forgot Password" to reset your password on the Nations Direct platform.
Nations Direct uses 128-bit SSL encryption and multifactor authentication for all personal data.
Yes (but check your carriers' roaming charges. It may not be available in sanctioned countries. Avoid using it on free public Wi-Fi.
It's not recommended on free VPN services as credentials may be compromised.

Yes. Go to Settings → Transaction Settings to adjust within the bank's standard limits
After 5 invalid attempts. Use "Unblock your account" on the login screen to reset, then use "Forgot Password" too.
Select "Card Payment" from quick access → "Select Institution" → key in the card details. Payments are processed via CEFTS; delays from the other bank are not NTB's responsibility.

Yes. You can self-open savings accounts (Nations Saver, Max Bonus, Mega Saver, Nations Prabuddha) and fixed deposits (Maturity FD, Flexi FD). Not available for customers without an existing CASA, foreign currency accounts, or "All of us" joint accounts.

Biometrics are physical identifiers such as fingerprint mapping or facial recognition that are used to uniquely verify your identity. On the Nations Direct
Mobile App, you can enable biometrics at registration or later via Settings and then Security Settings. To disable, go to Settings and then Configure Biometrics. On the browser version, your password is used instead. (Need to remove form Online Banking and be added to Mobile Banking)
