• A 50% advance payment is required to secure the booking
• Final payment must be settled at the hotel using the same credit card upon arrival
• Cardmember must be present throughout the stay
• A maximum of five rooms can be booked per card
• Final room count must be confirmed seven days prior and reductions thereafter will not be accepted
• Advance payments are non refundable and non transferable

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years stay free for one child sharing parent’s bed
• Children between 5 to 11 years will be charged a food supplement of LKR 5,000 per child sharing parent’s bed
• Children above 11 years will be considered as adults
• Extra bed charge of LKR 3,000 applies
