Child Policy

• Children below 4 years: Free of charge (sharing parents’ room)
• Children aged 5 to 11 years: 50% of adult meal rate (sharing parents’ room)
• Children 12 years and above will be considered adults and charged accordingly

Use of Swimming Pool

• Use of the pool after consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited
• Children must be accompanied by parents when using the pool

Government Taxes

• Rates are subject to change based on any revisions to existing taxes or new taxes imposed by the Government of Sri Lanka

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• To confirm a reservation, a 25% advance payment via bank transfer must be made within 48 hours of the initial reservation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled automatically
• The 25% advance is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
• All cancellations must be made in writing via email
  Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee

Peak Season Booking (20th Dec 2026 to 10th Jan 2027)

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings for this period
• This advance is non-refundable under any circumstances
• No date changes will be allowed during this period
• Failure to pay the required amount by the specified deadline will result in automatic cancellation
