Nations Amazing Race 2016 Concludes On A High Note

Nations Trust Bank recently conducted season three of the ‘Nations Amazing Race’ for the bank’s valued employees.  The event saw the participation of 50 teams from Nations Trust branches island-wide across all levels. Each team consisting of six members each, with a minimum of two female participants had to endure 10 stages of the race starting from the banks main office at Nawam Mawatha and concluding at CR & FC. Team Sonic from Payment Services was awarded the first place with a trophy and cash prize of Rs.50, 000 while Team Smackers from Corporate Banking and Team Freaks from the Integrated Risk Management Department won the second and third prize of Rs.30, 000 and Rs.20, 000 respectively.

The Nations Amazing Race was conducted together with Adventure Dreams, the official facilitator and only licensed entity to conduct ‘Amazing Race’ in Sri Lanka. The event is yet another initiative that reiterates the banks continued commitment to employee engagement through a multitude of physical and mental engagement activities within their network.Accordingly, the bank organized the Nations Amazing Race for the third time, to effectively encourage team work, agility and dynamism among their employees in challenging environments.
