Loss or stolen cards should be reported immediately to Nations Trust Bank Card Center on 24 hour dedicated hotlines to have your card de-activated and follow up with a letter.

The Cardholder will not be liable for any transactions performed subsequently to informing loss or stolen of the card to the bank.
