Bank recognizes that as a responsible corporate citizen, the bank has a duty to assist those affected by disasters both natural and manmade. Bank believes in providing urgent assistance pending the formal sector recognize that the bank supported the victims of numerous flood situations and national disasters such as Meethotamulla incident, Easter Sunday Attack, Covid pandemic situation. Volunteers from the Nations team are actively engaged in such relief activities.
